4. Project Timelines
While we pride ourselves on meticulous planning and execution, project timelines provided during consultations are estimates. Nandyavart Architects is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen site conditions, changes requested by the client after design approval, natural disasters, or third-party contractor delays.
5. Intellectual Property
All architectural blueprints, 3D renderings, floor plans, design concepts, and website content (including images, text, and graphics) are the exclusive intellectual property of Nandyavart Architects. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final designs solely for the construction and maintenance of the specific project contracted. Designs may not be sold, reproduced, or used for other properties without written consent.
